During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I liked the spacious room and the beautiful view. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. I also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. It made exploring the area hassle-free and enjoyable.
There were a few aspects that I didn't like. the service at the hotel was quite slow and not very attentive.

Comfortable apartment, furniture and equipment.
Poor cleanliness for the room and the towels/linings, a lot of ants in the kitchen and in the beds, and rats around the pool.

We were really happy with the excellent service and convenient location of this place, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a fully-equipped kitchen and a TV in the room.

it was very quiet, apart from the traffic noise.(we had a room facing the street) the hotel is located at the end of the hotel strip, it is a new hotel and the room was lovely and spacious. a short walk to any amount of lovely eating places, plenty of beach activities at the doorstep of the hotel. the hotel had a wonderful tourist service and we were very well looked after on that score.
the included breakfast was ok, but not much choice. go with the local style breakfast rather than the western style as the western style was not what i would have expected. walking up the stairs, as the lifts were not working, was a bit of an ordeal too.

Plenty of room. Great for a family. Quiet not noisy.
It was isolated . Need transport to get anywhere. Taxis didn't know where it was. Could have been cleaner.Would like to have tea and coffee available. There was no kettle in the room.

The Segara Suites provided me with a spacious and well-furnished room. I loved the fact that I could take a leisurely stroll along the beach right behind the hotel. The location is great, with many restaurants and shops nearby. If I wanted to cook my own meals, I had the option of heading to the Tanjung Benoa green market in the early morning. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to be helpful.
Absolutely nothing.

Good view from the room. Very near to water sports
Far from the action. Understaffed - hardly any service. No microwave, no help on itinerary planning or anything for that matter. I had asked for an airport pick-up which was confirmed but no one turned up.

We had an amazing time here. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed - a TV, refrigerator, microwave, and a loaded kitchen. The private Jacuzzi outside the room was a great addition, and the bedroom was simply amazing. The staff was courteous and friendly, especially the manager who helped us with arranging cheaper bike rentals and water sports activities. The beautiful swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and they even booked our cab to the airport in advance. this place exceeded our expectations and made our honeymoon special.
We highly recommend this hotel for families.

The hotel is located right on the beach at the top end of JL Pratama, which is the main road that runs from the flash western style resorts in Nusa Dua up to the point at Benoa. There are loads of eating places & bars near by. the location is so close to the watersport area, making it convenient for those who enjoy water activities. the rooms are very spacious and offer a beautiful view of the beach. the staff is friendly and attentive, ready to help with any inquiries or bookings.
There could be more variety in the breakfast options.

The hotel's location was great, with easy access to the beach and several restaurants. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. It was also great that they provided breakfast in the room.
The pool was small and not very clean, and there was no restaurant or bar on site. the hotel was quite expensive compared to other options in the area, which was a bit of a downside.
